General Bonus Rules
- A bonus may only be used once.

Example: If you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,200 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,200. If you deposit ৳34,000 or more you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳20,000 and your total balance will be ৳54,000.
7. Gaming Rules
All games on jayay9 are operated on the basis of fair play. Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) without any external interference. You acknowledge that:
- Gaming is an entertainment activity and carries financial risk.
- All betting decisions are made by you independently.
- You will not wager more than you can afford to lose.
- jayay9's decision regarding the conclusion of a gaming session is final.
- If any unintended payment occurs due to a technical error, we reserve the right to correct it.
8. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on jayay9. Violating these prohibitions will result in immediate account termination and legal action may be taken where applicable:

9. Account Suspension and Termination

- Upon receiving instructions from a court or law enforcement authority.
- At the user's own request (self-exclusion).
A user may also request to close their account at any time. In such cases, the opportunity to withdraw any legitimate funds remaining in the balance will be provided, however bonus funds will be cancelled.
10. Limitation of Liability
